Turnkey Business Websites

I wish I could say I’m a great marketing guru or somthing, but I’d be talking out my backend. I never take risks, I work a 9-5 job and have enough insurance to to take care of three wives if I passed away :-))
I want to change this and so I’m looking into Turnkey Business Websites with the hope to work from home building websites that make me a residual income at first and then enough to retire on.
My research brings up names like Joel Comm, Armand Morin and many others who are big in marketing circles etc… but I’ve no idea if these people know what they are talking about or just selling snake oil!
